Good light, BW works well here. about the body, I like this style, Not too big but handsome, fast, and powerful. I guess that you practice some Martial Arts, I practice "Kung Fu TO'A". I have a tight body with fast action/reactions, this is a great feature that a good martial art give you. Just need hard struggle, labour and time, don't be surrender of its hardness. If you be well, you will have a bulletin healthy nice body like above!
